Leaving no stone unturned! This phrase best describes the process we underwent during the Marlenka rebrand. Since 2003, a lot has changed, and it was clear to everyone that innovation and a refresh were necessary to keep the brand at the forefront and take it even further. We focused on creating a cohesive brand block and ensuring consistency not just in packaging, but across the entire brand style. The redesign encompasses the entire Marlenka portfolio, including licensed products, which will now follow a unified concept.
The packaging had long failed to meet contemporary aesthetic standards, both locally and, more importantly, internationally, where the brand is experiencing rapid expansion. The product line didn’t maintain a cohesive form, and neither the content nor its presentation reflected the vision of a modern visual identity.
The iconic layout we created is distinctly recognizable, modern, and timeless. We elevated the brand’s overall premium feel with high-quality photography and food styling, designed to encourage impulse purchases.
A key step in the process was simplification—reducing distractions and clearing up clutter—further supported by modern typography. This transformation wouldn’t have been possible without the complete trust of the brand owner and the openness of their internal team to our vision and our work.
